  • 29.2 g peanut butter
  • 8.9 g honey
  • 0.6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 tsp sesame seeds

Method
  1. 01In a bowl, mix ground turkey with minced ginger, 1 tsp of soy sauce, and half of the finely chopped spinach. Form into bite-sized meatballs.

  4. 04Whisk peanut butter, honey, remaining soy sauce, and 1 tsp warm water together until emulsified into a smooth glaze.
  5. 05Spoon warm cooked white rice into a bowl, top with steamed turkey parcels, drizzle with glaze, and garnish with remaining spinach leaves and sesame seeds.
  6. 06Cook the turkey until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) in its thickest part before serving.
