Review that blocks
Every record carries provenance and allergen conformance. A meal that fails a hard constraint cannot be approved — the control is in the UI and re-enforced on the server.

Swap an ingredient and macros recompute server-side against the canonical library. The workspace renders the numbers; it never invents them.

Authored-meal volume, cost and headroom are read from the metering service. No estimated billing totals anywhere in the product.
