  • 212.1 g spinach
  • 25 g yellow onion
  • 0.1087 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method
  1. 01Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Add diced sweet potatoes and sauté for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and tender.

  4. 04Add Cajun seasoning to the rendered fat and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. 05Return sweet potatoes to skillet, add fresh spinach, salt, and black pepper, and toss for 1–2 minutes until spinach is fully wilted.
  6. 06Transfer hash to a dish and serve hot.
