Ingredients
- 56.1 g ground turkey breast
- 18 g gochujang paste
- 5 g garlic
- 3 g sesame oil
- 1 tbsp water
- 160 g broccoli
- 0.125 tsp salt
Method
- 01In a small bowl, whisk gochujang, minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon water together until smooth to make the glaze.
- 02Shape the ground turkey breast into small, bite-sized meatballs.
- 03Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the turkey bites and cook, turning occasionally, for 5 to 6 minutes until browned on all sides and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- 04Meanwhile, place broccoli florets in a steamer basket over boiling water, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, cover, and steam for 3 to 4 minutes until tender-crisp and bright green.
- 05Lower skillet heat to low, pour the gochujang glaze over the turkey bites, and toss gently for 30 seconds until hot and glossy. Remove from heat and drizzle with sesame oil.
- 06Plate turkey bites alongside steamed broccoli florets and serve immediately.
