Ingredients
- 77.6 g ground turkey
- 40.9 g quinoa
- 50 g spinach
- 0.5 tsp ground allspice
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp labneh
- 1 tbsp fresh mint
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
- 01Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 02In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, cooked quinoa, finely chopped raw spinach, ground allspice, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until tacky and cohesive.
- 03Form the turkey mixture into small, bite-sized kibbeh mounds and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
- 04Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the kibbeh bites are lightly browned at the edges and reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- 05While the bites are baking, whisk together the labneh, chopped fresh mint, and lemon juice in a small bowl until smooth.
- 06Serve the warm kibbeh bites with the cool mint labneh dip on the side.
- 07Cook the turkey until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) in its thickest part before serving.
